Praises

for Chris, and amazing friends and security and sovereignty, for creativity and passion, for desperation and faith in You who are perfect for our needs. For neediness and brokeness and sorrow. For You, and for abundant life in You, for laundry done and food, for a desk and a laptop and whoever took the time to read this blog. I thank you God for how amazing You are and for Your pursuit of me; worth nothing outside of the blood that bought my life. Christ, You rose to live in me and now I die to me to live in You. for worship and prayer and the opportunity to commune with the I AM.

I am not.

All praises be to You.

leaders

Hey ya'll,
Any of you involved in FCA should definitely be praying for your leaders, especially as we go into a time of praying over and seeking God's vision for both the make-up and the members of next year's leadership. I never understood "praying for leaders" until I was one this year and came to know the spiritual attack that all leaders face. It's a tough job and at the heart of every leader is connecting God's vision to your needs so it's not only your responsibility but in your best interest to pray for their strength and obedience and passion and perserverance and protection and for those close to them as well. Ok that's it. Oh yeah, and pray for how I might be involved next year too! thanks!!

always needing life in Him,
Jon

Funk

Well as of late I've been in one.

Sadness and depression and lack of motivation are just such weird things. Hard to describe or explain.

It seems people often struggle to relate to you when you're in a funk because you're not acting like yourself and your friends generally like yourself and would prefer you to you in a funk. But it also seems that there inability to help leaves you in the funk.

It's a terrible cycle.

Pray for me folks.

Prayer

Well I audio posted on my home blog and realized that this could be a good way to keep track of stuff I'm praying for and a way for people to keep up with important stuff I need prayer for and . . . PRAYER IS GOOD!

Seriously, this prayer movement rocks face. Pray for:
Elaine
Jason
prayer warriors all over campus God is calling
obedience
campus change
that we would be open to be filled with the Holy Spirit
that Jesus would be our ENTIRE vision.

PRAY!
